About the programme
Join our transformative 21-day Classical Hatha Yoga In Person program designed for individuals seeking mental and physical transformation. Over the course of this program, participants will learn five core hatha practices and five powerful meditations, including the potent asana practices of Surya Kriya and Surya Shakti.
The initial workshop will take place over the weekend of March 15-16, 2025, with three hours dedicated each day to learning these essential practices. Following this workshop, participants will engage in guided sessions from Monday to Friday, led by an trained teacher. These sessions will provide opportunities to continuously improve the practises, personalised corrections and deeper understanding.
This program is ideal for those with busy schedules, providing a flexible and manageable approach to incorporating Hatha yoga into daily routines.
